The count down begins...
Woo-hoo! We're down to our last 10 days in Pennsylvania and the move can't come soon enough. Mentally, Matt and I are already Floridians, so we've been taking advantage of our final weeks by playing "PA tourist." Our first stop was the annual State College Arts Festival, followed by a day with friends in Philadelphia, and then shopping for quilts and pottery in Amish territory. To top it all off, we've enjoyed several ice-cold bottles of Yuengling, our favorite PA brew.

You'll be happy to hear that Yuengling is very popular here in Florida (it's also brewed in Tampa!). :-)

Matt's definitely going to miss the hiking. State College is a fun college town and if we could transplant it to the south, it'd be perfect. But we're glad to escape the long winters and frequent gray-sky days.
Yep. There are hardly any full days of gray skys here. In fact sometimes I miss them... But I'm weird. :-)
Must be that :grass is always greener" syndrome we all suffer from ;-)
Yeah, that is so true! I used to think the idea of it always being sunny was a great thing. But now I wish it would rain more...because sometimes you really need a stormy day when you curl up with a good book.
PS I had no idea that Robby was in FL...that's awesome for you guys!!
Yeah! We're all migrating to Florida! Everyone is welcome. :-)
Also, I think that (even though it's a zillion degrees every day) the summer in Florida is great because we have sunny mornings and dreary/rainy afternoons with that usually subsiding by night... It's pretty great.
